Account opened at hi-finance in my name

I was debited by hi-finance for an account which was opened in my name without proper documents. I HAVE NEVER opened an account at hi-finance.

When i enquired about the matter they told me i need an affidavit stating that i did not open the account and the people did not look interested in assisting me. They did not need any affidavit or any proof from the person who opened the account and now they need NEED AN AFFIDAVIT FROM ME. They SHOULD DONE THE JOB RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
