Please assist with my partners allege account with you. His id was a year ago and account was opened with different financial institutions. I believe we did make you aware of this and we thought it was sorted... please immediately assist with this matter as its affecting his credit score... we cannot even apply for cheque account for a false account that was opened with the lost id number. The affidavit was sent a long time ago and nothing has been done but list my partner, we want a response by end of business...
