A few months ago my BBerry was sent in for repairs. It came back a few weeks later and still had the same problems with the keypad, toggle and later the freezing started. Once again it had to be sent back but this time it went to the advanced repairs center in jhb before going to Blavkberry themselves. After 3 weeks I enquired as to what was happening only to be told I was being sent a new phone. I went to collect my new phone only to notice it is a refurbished model. The branch manager even had the cheek to ask me if it doesn't look new when I kicked up a fuss. Is a car new again after going to the panel beater? I think not! Anyways, a few days later I noticed the "new" blackberry had similar problems regarding the keypad to the one I had handed in weeks before. So I went back to Vodacom and again the manager said it would have to be sent away. At this point I refused to hand it back again as I have been without a working Blackberry for nearly 2 months. I have sent a few emails to Vodacom Head Office and the branch but still have had no feedback. at what stage do I admit defeat or when will Vodacom live up to their name and do something about my ongoing problems? I want a new phon
