Vodacom and Blackberry - soul destroying

I have had endless problems with the Blackberries (9300) that have been supplied to me through my Vodacom contract. My original phone went in for repairs because the track pad had stopped working. They gave me a refurbished phone which wiped out my memory card. I sent the phone back in and they said it just needed a software update. Upon return, the same phone proceeded to wipe out another (new) memory card as the problem had not been fixed. This phone got sent back in and was in for repairs for almost a month. Following this, everything was fine for a couple of months until the phone had to be sent back in for track pad repairs. This took another 3 weeks and a month or two later it wiped out a third memory card. I sent the phone back in, detailing all these problems and they assured me that it would get sent to head office in order to come up with an acceptable solution. Today I got a refurbished phone back which appeared to be working until this evening when the track pad became so sensitive that it interferes with the typing to the extent that symbols get added in, in place of letters for just about every word. I am furious, to put it lightly.
