Epair period to long

Autopage repair period is too lengthy. Sent in my samsung s3 for repairs (software upgrade because it had a blank screen on startup). 4-6 weeks is what i was told that the period will be. its ridiculous that there repair period is that long. i am supposed to be paying for a 24 month contract but with there repair period this long, i will be paying for 1 / half month and counting for nothing. I sent in my phone on 27 February 2013.i called the branch in Pmb a few times but was given a number in jhb .contacted jhb customer care numerous times and was left in circles until yesterday when the lady at customer care told me that the phone has been repaired but i will have to wait a while for them to receive it and then only will they dispatch it to the Pmb branch if its a Monday or Tuesday as those are the days that they use the courier. Today is 16 Apil 2013 so i guess the wait is on. i am a business man and autopage has caused me inconvenience over this period as the phone that i am paying phone is currently with them and i am forced to go out of my way to use services that my phone provided me with. with this kind of service, i will not be using them in future.
