Four replacements later and still having problems

I have a blackberry 9900 bold on contract with Autopage, it is a Vodacom contract I have had now 4 replacements of the very same phone with the same problems over and over, it is the worst phone on the market. The first phone I got from autopage was giving me problems I took it into the repairs center you guys claimed that it was liquid damage, so I put in a claim and my insurance replaced the phone for me same model.

I had the new phone for a while and had to take it in for repairs with the
following faults
Phone freezing
Dropping calls
Dropping network
Rebooting itself
Gets hot while using it and charging it
The dreaded hour glass blackberry is famous for
The back light on the phone not working

The worst part is from day one or phone one I had these problems, to which they keep replacing it, I have asked for a device switch with me taking the phone in again this Monday as I keep having problems mind you took it in again and requesting a model swop was suggested by the advanced repair center, to which I now get a email saying they reloaded the phone and it's been tested and is working fine and has no fault. When is enough, when will they see what a bad phone and product it is.
