I need help please... I live in a rural area that is very far from any telkom direct shop, I know my 2 contracts are due for upgrades, because I have spoken to someone at the upgrade department a few weeks ago, however at the time I spoke to them, they had no stock of the phones. After talking to your customer care department this morning, they advise that I can't upgrade over the phone, kindly advise if this is true.
