I would like to complain about cell c's customer care I have been on the phone since 8:30 this morning the time now is 12:00 pm trying to get hold a consultant and I think it's absolutely shocking I've been holding and trying for so long that my battery has now died, I understand that the call centre is busy but this is just ridiculous it's because of this that I have now decided to change my service provider as I have had problems like this in the past with cell c!!!
