I would like to complain about the terrible service my uncle has been receiving from Telkom within the last couple of months. Calls upon calls have been made to try and sort out the problem with his extra slow ADSL connectivity speeds.
Currently, we are sitting with a borrowed router from a technician (not that it has helped much, and my uncle recently bought a new router anyway, which also didn't help). We are tired of making calls for Telkom to check this line in Mohadin. Everything is always fine, but his 2Mbps line runs as low as 0.02Mbps. What the Telkom??
You guys need to escalate this issue ASAP. And for Pete's sake, upgrade the speed of the exchange!!! Currently only at 4Mbps think - you tell me if that is sufficient enough for about 30 users connecting. In this day and age, how the heck do you think that an exchange with such slow speed is good enough?!! Many other users are also affected by the same issue!!
Really poor attitude from Telkom to resolve this. If this is not sorted out soon, my uncle will be moving over to Mweb or any other ISP who actually cares about their clients connectivity. It is so essential for his business and yet your'll dont care.
