Cell C Call Centre and customer care USELESS!!!

I have never experienced such disgusting service!
I contacted Cell C on the 1st Feb 2013 and requested them to change my Debit date and bank account debit information. The consultant promised he had done it. On the 15th of Feb 2013 they tried to debit the old account. So no change had been made to the debit date or the account information.
I then again contacted the Cell C call centre, where that consultant then advised me that the changes had not been made, then further advised that the debit order details could not be changed over the phone but only at a branch. He then came back after a period on hold and advised he would make the changes. In the week of 18 to 22 Feb 2013 Cell C contacted me to tell me my account was in arrears, where after explaining the situation again the consultant advised me she had made the changes and that my contracts would not be cut off and still be active as it was a Cell C error. I also had to email the customer care regarding the issue as well as the fact that they incurred a cost of R120 on an unpaid debit order.
Today 25th Feb 2013 Cell C felt the need to cut all my lines off (4 contracts that I hold with them). No help when i called to query.
