My Samsung Galaxy S4 keeps resetting even though the battery is not empty. So I did a bit of researching on the internet and came across the battery bulge issue which Samsung acknowledges and says they will replace the battery free of charge. Looking at my battery it most certainly seems the case. So I thought I'd phone Cell C and go through them as I was having no luck with the Samsung call centre. Cell C sent me on the proper run around and after speaking to five departments decided to give up there. Then I phoned the Samsung service centre which also happens to be Cell C and they didn't have a clue what was going on and said I need to book my phone in which is absolutely not going to happen as they wipe the phone clean and I see no need to book it in when all I need to do is swap the battery.
So, seeing as the guys who post to Hellopeter get a swift response from Samsung, please can you get a consultant to contact me so we can sort this issue out swiftly and efficiently.
