Cell C's Update and their Response

It had been this long and Cell C staff /Management is calling me as the customer to tell me that they busy building a second tower in my area, only when this is done the ""traffic Jam""what they call it will not persist, how ridiculous is this that certain time period as a paid customer you are restricted to use your Internet due to problems cell c is experiences, how does that become the clients problem, Why is it that when I requested the ombudsman details and the ceo's details, no one at cell c can provide me with this details, as a paying customer we are really unhappy as we had to go out and buy another modem to connect, meaning that this is false advertising for customers to buy the product and experience endless problems since there is no one at all within cell c that can assist a client with the problem
