So i've been a client of cell c for as long as i can remember, with numerous complaints (PRESENT AND THE PAST) about their service i have finaly come to a point where enough is enough. I've gone past cell c head offices, uncountable customer services staff and even as far as TREVOR NOAH who also didn't even respond to any, not one of my many e-mails and phone calls.
2013 is a new year but already i've experienced terrible service from cell c.
i was due for an upgrade on not one, not two but 3 CONTRACTS i have with cell c of which i requested a cancellation on 1 of the contracts due to the fact that cell c ensured me that my lost black berry was blocked and cannot be operated yet it's still being used..I know this as i've comunicated with the person through my new blackberry on which i kept my old bb as a contact.
So i upgraded on the remaining two contracts of which i received one phone but still awaiting my second phone since last year app. the 17th of December. I've made uncountable calls to cell c but all they can do for me is transfer me around their customer services department and hang up on me. I still dont know how to get my phone??? what do i do...
