Vodacom - too big to care

I am still waiting for somebody in a reliable management position to contact me about my 3 business contracts I have requested to cancel. Nobody in any position of authority can seemingly pick up the phone or email me. They don't care that you spend thousands of rands with them a month. I have repeatedly been in to Vodacon at Century 3 times and various other Vodacom outlets but nobody has the knowledge, initiative or authority to make a plan. I have been with Vodacom for 10 years and spent over a hundred thousand Rand with them so far. That's all about to change.
