VODACOM confusion

Hi, last year i was contacted by vodacom - to upgrade my daughter's contract that I manage. I was informed that I could have a discounted rate and then later change hand sets if I wanted to. I then contacted vodacom again in April requesting to have a new handset and to change the contract. They refused. Then they informed me that I would have to get in touch with their sub-contractors who actually did the deal. I asked for a SMS with details. They did not send me an SMS but claimed that they spoke to me on the phone. I have called vodacom several times trying to get through to someone to give me an answer but am repeatedly hitting a birck wall. I have four contracts and spend up to 2000 per month. I am waiting for the opportunity to take my business elsewhere unless I get a response that is more helpful. Thanks.
