My data signal went down on 17 Febr 2013. Tel no 082 887 3196. Ref s3-sh527-7alt5
I have been in contact with the customer care service at least 24 times, I still have no idea what is wrong or how long it will take. It is impossible to talk or be in contact with anyone of authority. They are shielded by the customer service deprtmnet who merely escalates the problem.. If nothing happens - they escalate again and again. This is unacceptable for a company of this stature not to have a high powered contact number to look at problems not being resolved. It ..

Today I am still being told I will be contacted. It is escalated agian into the big dark hole inside Vodacom. No posibility of anyone with clout getting involved,

How does Vodacom expect anyone to do business with this sort of lackadaisical approach and treatment? It seems as though they do not care what the impact of their failures are on their customers and are not interested enough to have a backup of persons with authority to solve problems. You get billed at the end of each month - and that is all that counts.
