VODACOM SPENDS A LOT OF THEIR FUNDS ON ADVERTISING BUT THEY SHOW NO COMMITMENT TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS . THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM IF THEY CANT MAKE A PLAN FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME, THAT HAS SPENT OVER R50 000 ON A PRE- PAID AIRTIME AND DONT WANNA GIVE ME THE PHONE I WANT - THAT IS A TOTAL SHAME!!! A MULTI BILLION COMPANY THAT SAYS NO TO A CLIENT THAT HAS SPENT THOUSANDS OF RANDS ON VODACOM . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING - LOW PROFILE PEOPLE IN MANAGEMENT . VODACOM SHOULD INVEST MORE IN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE . DECEMBER I SPEND 4 HOURS IN CRESTA TO TRY AND SPEAK TO HEAD OFFICE - 4 HOURS WE COULD NOT GET THROUGHT - LOW STANDARD TRAINING CONCERNING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ' SUPPOSE TO BE ' . THEN THE NEXT DAY SPEND ANOTHER 5 HOURS AT VODACOM HEAD OFFICE - IT LOOKED LIKE A PLAYGROUND - NO PROFESSIONAL STAFF TO ASSIST, AND IF YOU DO SPEAK TO THEM - IT SEEMS LIKE, THEY HAVE THE SAME BELIEVE AS YOURSELVE - THAT IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO TOP MANAGEMENT . I WAS PROMISED TO GET A GALAXY NOTE 2/3 AND THEN 2 MONTHS LATER TURNED DOWN, BY WHAT THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME . CEO'S OFFICE IS A TOTAL JOKE - THAT I CAN PROOF - ARE YOU ONLY IN FOR THE MONEY OR SERVICE
