Late Payment by Vodacom for Tower Rental BS4887

Vodacom is three months behind in their rental payment to Centurion Hospice for the Tower installation on our property. I have communicated directly with Myrtle Snyers and have a host of emails showing communication between Vodacom departments also blaming the SAP system for non payment.

In South Africa NPOs such as the Hospice rely and budget on income such as this Vodacom rental, this non payment has placed our finances in a precarious position. Please can someone in authority from Vodacom Finance please contact me.

It has been impossible to get hold of someone in authority as there are no contact numbers available and these people are hidden behind layers of bureaucracy. I do not want to speak to a marketer or social media representative as I have also done this to no avail.

Centurion Hospice needs payment before tomorrow!
