The worst service i have ever experienced!!!

I sent in my mobile phone to Virgin Mobile at the end of February 2013, they inform me in the store that it takes 21days for me to hear back about my phone. After 21 days No word from Virgin, not a call or an email. Now in the first week of April I phone the store, they can't help me, I get a number for head office, they put me through to repairs. no one picks up.

I try again, same story, put through to repairs. I speak to a guy there with a bad attitude who informs me that the phone cannot be repaired & will be replaced and that someone will get back to me. no one does.

I phone again, get the run around for 15min, being put on hold & end up speaking to a guy who says to me that he will get back to me by Thursday, latest! If he doesn't i must email him. I email him. no response.

I phone head office again today and they put me through to a women who tells me that they have to repair my phone & will not be replacing it? what?

Its been over 45 days without my phone & with not ONE call initiated from Virgin mobile to inform me of what is happening, to apologize, NOTHING! I'm 2 months away from renewing my contract. I won't be. head office? you mean "headless office"!
