Virgin Mobile's services is beyond pathetic. I have never come across such COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!! I have been trying to cancel my cell phone contract for three weeks...
Every time I phone, I speak to at least 4 call center agents that either put the phone down or cannot help me at all. Last week Monday I FINALLY spoke to someone who promised he would get back to me on my billing queries within two days... I am STILL WAITING!!!
Virgin Mobile said I could cancel my contract but that my last debit order would only be 1 November. I faxed the proof that this is not correct, as I have been paying for this account since 1 October 2011, not since only 1 November 2011 as they claimed.
I have had such poor poor poor service since the begging of this contract with Virgin.
