Paid up letter

I paid off my on-air account in full two months ago and requested a paid-up letter. I was told that I would receive it within 7 working days, but two months have passed and I have not received the letter. I followed up, and they are still telling me about a 7-day period. I am now confused whether it’s a 7-year wait or if I will never receive it. Additionally, they are not updating my account record with Experian or ITC. Please help me get the paid-up letter.
