I bought a creepy item in January 2023, and it is still under guarantee. The item stopped working, so I sent it back to Game Kimberley with the original box and slip. However, I was turned away by customer service. They told me that I must phone myself, and the number is not on the box. I refuse to be handled in such a manner. I bought this item from Game and expect them to handle the problem accordingly.
I phoned the store manager and also spoke to Ivan, but I didn't have much luck in solving the problem. So, at this stage, I'm still sitting with a faulty product and waiting for someone to sort this out. The service that is rendered in Game Kimberley is the worst I have ever experienced.
