I had problems with my Blackberry Bold for about 3 days and called virgin with regards to network problems i had. On the 5th of Feb'13 i took my phone to the virgin mobile store in east gate for repairs. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks as the out source for repairs. Today on 19th feb'13 i got a call my phone has been repaired and ready for collection. I received my phone back with new scratches, they notified me they replaced my track ball without advising me. I tested the phone and since i switched it on it had same problem of searching for network. I tried to move folders around and set up my bb id and phone start hanging and then reboot it self i tried again twice and same thing overr and over. No the phone doesnt want to switch on like before i took it for repairs. I really had enough and really not happy regarding the bad service with regards to my repairs.
