I have previously contacted Vodacom about an account being debited to me that I have never opened. This was reported in February. IT had been taking place over 4 months and I hadn't realised it. This was sorted out by Vodacom I thought! The money was returned but without any contact from them as to how this happened. At the end of March this same account was again debited to the amount of R12532!!! I have once again contacted them and logged a dispute on the 8 April 2013. To date I have had no reply from them even after contacting them twice since the 8th. And on the second discussion with a very "interesting operator" who irritated me and did not seem to understand my point of view. Even though I explained that this incorrect/ activity had occurred previously. Now how long is reasonable to wait before you receive at least an acknowledgment of your query?? A week? A month?? Vodacom your service is really pathetic! I have only been with you for 2 years and stupidly renewed this contract! Not again
