After handing in my handset for repairs twice, it was still not repaired and I was forced to lodge a complaint on Hello Peter. I was then contacted immediately and promised that my handset would be collected and repaired at head office. It has now been 61 days since the first time I handed in my phone for repairs and my phone still hasn't been collected. Apparently a courier has come to my house twice to come collect the handset, but I was not informed of the collection in any way and therefor was at work with the faulty handset. Why is nobody informing me of when the courier services will be collecting the handset? A simple sms would suffice.
Even more dissatisfied than ever before. Will definitely be choosing a different service provider in the future. One that can actually provide SERVICE in stead of ignoring a client.
It seems that the only way to get hold of Virgin Mobile is by complaining through Hello Peter, because the Virgin Mobile Helpline just rings continuously or goes flat when I'm actually speaking to someone. Why doesn't anyone follow-up with me? Extremely frustrated. Want to cancel the contract. Sick and tired of non-existent service.
