Woolworths - Fourways Mall
Appalling staff attitude

I am extremely flabbergasted and dismayed by the unprofessional and rude service I received at Woolworths Fourways Mall. Not only was the staff rude and unprofessional, but they also seemed to take pleasure in it. What exacerbated my frustration was that when I requested to speak to a manager, I was told that all the managers had gone to a funeral and there was no one available to manage the store.

I dealt with Tebogo, who was apparently the supervisor, and she was the worst. Unfortunately, the other staff members did not have name tags. Never have I been so humiliated in my life, and it's a no-brainer that I am not contemplating doing any business with Woolworths in the foreseeable future. It's such a shame because I have always been a huge fan of Woolworths.
