Please see my previous 6 reports about the same problem. Every time it gets escalated from here, but nobody's interested in finding the root cause of the problem and fixing it - they just want to get the fault closed asap. Someone called me and said they would give me a credit on my account for my downtime - this is the least I would have expected and much appreciated, but the PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. ALL I WANT IS FOR MY ADSL SERVICE FAULT TO BE FIXED! WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS???
