Telkom ADSL still not fixed

Please see my previous 7 reports about the same problem. Every time it gets escalated from here, but nobody's interested in finding the root cause of the problem and fixing it - they just want to get the fault closed asap. There are 2 faults - 1 is on the line - when it rains I cannot connect at all. The other fault has been going on for more than a year - the ADSL modem syncs, but for about 80% of the time I cannot browse the internet. I had it upgraded to 4M recently, but still the same - most of the time it only syncs between 1M and 3M anyway. I NEED THIS FOR MY WORK! PLEASE FIX IT NOW!
