I called Telkom more than 2 weeks ago to report a fault on my adsl line, they said that my port needed to be refreshed, and so they did. The problem persisted, the problem was that my line was so slow i could hardly check my email. I called them again and they sent out a fault report, I got the reference number and they called back to say the problem was fixed and they closed the fault. I called back to say that the fault was not solved and logged another complaint. This has been a back and forth game now for quite some time and I'm sick of it. I pay for a 1mbps line and a decent ping, what I get is a 910ms ping and a 0.28mbps download speed.
I need the technicians at telkom to solve my problem and not just say they did just to close the fault and boost their statistics for faults closed.
