Disappointing Service

I called in to Mtn Retentions at 8:28am and spoke to Thobisele. I currently have a Blackberry 9900 and it has been constantly switching off which in turn disrupts the flow of my business. Previous dealings with Mtn's repair centre not being very fruitful and timeous I called in to enquire if MTN was able to assist with an early upgrade. For the past two months there was a problem with my debit order at the bank, to which I informed them, I did make two EFT's prior to the date of the actual returned debit. My account has always been up to date and never in arrears. Thobisele was helpful and did inform me of policy, but also said I could speak to the supervisor to see if he could assist. I spoke to Excellent Nkosi whom I found to be condescending, unprofessional and unhelpful. He didn't listen, but rather spoke at me. I started of being polite but ended up being ver irate. I am so disappointed at the service levels that I am seriously considering canceling the contract and going to a company who will listen to their customers needs and be more empathetic. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. All I wanted was for MTN to consider an upgrade in my 19th month as I need phone.
