Telkom has just closed fault reference (749CTK270313). Not sure how as now one has been round to fix and we still have no dial tone and intermittent ADSL from 2013-03-27.
We did have some come round to check the repair on the fault (Yes the one that has not been fixed). They were surprised that nothing was done.
Got guaranteed that the fault would be fixed the next day and that someone would come round.
Guess what no one came round and got an sms the next today (Saturday) that the fault has been fixed. Call centre number to complain in the sms is wrong and apparently only open Monday.
Assume this was closed due to promise of 7 days till fix.
Would be so simple to fix. Get customer to confirm the fix.
