ADSL Fault cleared while problem persists

Unreliable service. I reported an ADSL line fault on 2013/11/09 11:34 Telkom Fault Ref: 63CRK091113. Telkom did not bother to communicate on the primary customer line and just sent and sms to say no fault found. No fault found but the problem persists?

Westgate Telkom Direct store - spoke to Bobby. I asked where I can submit a written complaint about the poor service I received. Bobby was clueless ~ could not provide contact details for written complaint. The national telecommunications operator has no email complaints service? Seems they don't want anything in writing so there is no legal accountability. Not written not said attitude.

Telkom Support: What is the maximum line attenuation & S/N ratio that and ADSL line will reliably work on. What are the values for this line? My neighbours all have a good ADSL service. We all have the same exchange number so we should be /- the same distance from the exchange. Why do they get an acceptable ADSL service and I don't? Why does my ADSL modem work faultlessly on their lines? Why do their ADSL modems have the same problems when connected to my line? The common thing here seems to be my line. Who in Telkom can fix this?
