I have a Cell C giganite bundle which i opened up in Jan 2013
Since Feb i have been unable to check my data bundle balance because the system has been "temporary unavailable". We are now in mid April and its still down.
I am using my 3g card in a router which cannot establish USSD commands. I am also unable to put the sim in my phone as my phone uses a micro sim.
Today i borrowed a friends phone check my balance via ussd and i saw that i had gone over my allowed bandwidth by over R200 (which i have never done before)
If the site is down cellc need to offer an alternative method of checking your data balance
I would also like to know how on earth this portal can be down for two months???
