I'm on the Cell C Giga 200 prepaid data package, which basically gives me 150GB off-peak and 50GB peak data. I lodged a complaint that the ussd functionality only gives me the overall balance and not on the individual data off-peak or peak balance data left. So how would I know how much off-peak and peak data I have left after usage? This is a simple question I asked and no-one can give me an anwwer. Telkom 8ta has this feature built into their modem ussd software. Why doesn't Cell C have this option? This is really rediculous, can your technical team give me an explination asap, that is why they get paid and I pay for your product!
