WRONG BILLING!!!

HAVE BEEN BATTLING WEEKS ON END NOW!! THIS WAS MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT JUST ON HELLO PETER ALONE, NOT TO MENTION MY MILLIONS OF EMAILS TO AUTOPAGE ITSELF..

I have logged several requests about this problem for nearly a month now and NOBODY comes back to me... I applied for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the gentleman who helped me specifically said it will ONLY cost R353 per month altogether... it had been so for a long while until last month a problem started... My account comes to R570 because i see on my internet account there is something else now being added (see bottom)... I have no idea what this is - nobody gets back to me but i cannot afford to pay this each month which is why i asked the man in the beginning if it will ONLY be R353 and he said YES!!! If nobody comes back to me about this and SORTS IT OUT I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!! ITS NOT PART OF MY CONTRACT BILLING!!
