Have discovered over late that the USSD function *162# does not work in ginving balance information making balance retrieval not possible and the purchase of the Anytime contract dangerous as MTN does not allow limits to be set. Please advise as to what is to be done or where and how to manage balances online so other distressed users can see a solution. This is shocking. A company of MTNs size and standing unable to provide tools to consumers to manage costs.
How are consumers going to manage unwelcome data and roaming billing surprises?
Is MTN safe as a corporate service provider in this case?
