Can't give me my account details

I contacted the Call Centre _ I know that I am on a TOP up package however not sure what the exact amount is as I have not yet recieved any statements.
The lady I spoke to wanted to know my pedigree, ID, Address, Bank details etc, only because I am not sure what package I am and because I DO NOT HAVE AN DAMM ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL NOT ASSIST???
BESIDE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WHAT ELSE TO THEY NEED? LAST MONTH WHEN I CALLED I ALSO ASKED WHAT PACKAGE I AM ON AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME BUT THEY GAVE ME THE ACCOUNT DETAILS.
