For more than 3 months I'm unable to perform a balance request via 162. This is not my first complaint about this on Hellopeter.com. I've called the call center countless times, and they just saying that I should dial 808 to get my balance. Yes, I can get my airtime balance via 808, but every call to 808 take almost 2 minutest as the IVR system is slow and giving a lot of information. Why do I need to spend 2 minutes on the phone just to get my balance?
Why is the balance via USSD gateway not working? And don't tell me to perform a balance via 141 as in your previous reply. THIS IS A CONTRACT NUMBER! Dialing 141 will only return your DATA balance and NOT your Airtime balance. Also don't suggest MTN active, as this is not a solution to the problem. Dialing 808 or MTN active is a interim solution, but after 3 months nothing is done about the USSD balance that is not working.
I've seen plenty of reports about contract subscribers complaining about this, and nothing is done to fix this. This is a very simple business function request. I am utterly disappointed.
