I gave my phone in on February at Mokopane Shop to send for repairs (cracked screen and phone doesn't want to charge). Then I received a messages 14 FEB with a quote of the amount of R1139.59 and they ask me to reply YES to accept quote or No if I dont accept the quote. Then I replied Yes (still have the evidence on my phone.) After 2 weeks i got my phone back NOT REPAIRED. Then in May I gave my phone in again to send for repairs (again for repairing of cracked screen and charger unit), 3 weeks later got my phone back again STILL NOT REPAIRED. They told me they cant fixed it, but why could they fixed it on the first time for R1139.59 (and they didn't fixed it) and now all of the sudden they cant fixed it, its unrepairable and it will cost somewhere between R5000 and R6000. Then they told me to go to a vodacom shop so that they can repair it for me. WHY DO I HAVE A MTN CONTRACT IF I NEED TO GO TO VODACOM. Why didn't they fix my phone on the first time i ASKED them to. I phone the repair people and they said they didn't received my message but on my phone it shows send and a receipt came back saying they got it. I'M VERY UNHAPPY I HAVE TO PAY MY CONTRACT AND CANT USE MY CELL
