Vodacom is charging me R3396 for data for the month of January 2012. I have no problem paying for this but I need proof from them. I have, since the the middle of March been asking for itemised billing to no avail. Now they are threatening all sorts of legal action. As a customer I have a right to query and know what I am paying for. If this bill is legit, why are they battling to show me the PROOF that I am asking for.
