REPAIRS NOT DONE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my phone in for repairs on the 01 May and there was no response until the 14 May when MTN called to say the phone is ready for collection and when I went to collect i was given a piece of paper claiming that there is water damage when i queried the consultant did not know and said something about vapour that i dont know about. I phoned the customer contact centre spoke to Amanda who put me through to repairs knowing very well that its closed and then spoke to Emma who told me that the supervisors will contact me whenever they are available and the after holding for a long time spoke to Rabulana as a supervisor did not help either i need help in getting my phone repaired, i dont want a new phone i just my phone repaired under the warranty and i cannot wait another 14 days for the repair to take place and i did not put my phone in any water. Please i need help in getting my phone repaired to me its not just a phone i can even pay them for the repait if that is what they want since my phone is still under warrany. Thank you for your assistance.
