I REALLY HAD IT WITH CELL C - STILL NO PHONE!!!

After mr Sisa confirmed that I would get a new phone, I receive a phone call from Angelique at Cell C Centurion stating that my phone is back from repairs! Really!!! This is the fourth time it went in for repairs and I am without a phone since October 2012. Here is the mail to Sisa:
I really had it with Cell C now.
You phoned me last week and confirmed that they were going to replace my Blackberry. You were going to send an e-mail to the people at repairs stating that they must replace the phone. May I please have a copy of that e-mail stating what you told me. Now all of a sudden I need to pick up the repaired phone from the Centurion branch. Jacqueline from the Centurion Branch of Cell C phoned me to come and pick up my "REPAIRED PHONE".
I am not going to accept the phone, because it is the fourth time the phone went in for repairs.
I need you to stick to your promise. I am also sending this e-mail to Hello Peter again, because this really is not fair. I am a loyal customer of Cell C, but the service I get is really not up to standard.

My son also had problems with his Blackberry Bold 9900 from MTN. He waited FOUR HOURS and got his phone, no problems at all? What
