PATHETIC SERVICE FOR REPAIRING YOUR CELL PHONE

SIX WEEKS AGO I TOOK MY PHONE INTO AUTOPAGE IN PIETERMARITZBURG IN VICTORIA ROAD TO BE REPAIRED THE FIRST TIME ROUND THE PHONE WAS SENT FOR REPAIRS BUT CAME BACK WITH THE SCREEN STILL CRACKED AND NOT REPAIRED.IT WAS THEN SENT AWAY AGAIN FOR REPAIRS TO THE SCREEN, I THEN PHONED ON WEDNESDAY THE 6 TH OF NOVEMBER FOR MY PHONE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT FIXED AND NO REASON GIVEN, I THEN WENT TO THE STORE AND THE MANAGERESS TOLD ME THAT A PROOF OF PURCHASE HAD TO BE SENT WITH THE PHONE FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.WHY NOT IN THE FIRST PLACE TELL ME THAT THIS HAD TO BE DONE.WHY WAIT 6 WEEKS FOR YOUR PHONE AND THEN BE TOLD TO DO SO. I HAVE BEEN WITH AUTOPAGE FOR MANY A YEARS BUT THIS IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE FOR BAD SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO REPAIRS ON YOUR PHONE.
