I upgraded my phone in December 2012 and took a laptop out on my contract. Leona was working at Nashua Mobile Eastrand at the time and she did not discuss the contract with us at all (I got e-mails to proof where she admit it). We reported that the laptop is not working and even took it to the store and was send from pillar to post. My daughter then decided to take out another phone and was told by Nicky that he will let us know when we will be able to collect the phone. After a week when my mother phoned, she was told that the information for the new contract is not even on their system. Justin then took over and made sure that the information is captured and went out of his way to get me a phone. My mother also had to phone to find out if the phone is at the store after we were promised that we will be contacted. My mother spoke to Callum on the 28/04/2013 to sort the laptop out, today is 9/04/2013 - not a word from Callum to keep us in the loop on what is going on. In the mean time I am paying the laptop every month and I can't use it. I am so dissapointed in Nashua Mobile Eastrand and if I don't get any joy I will make sure to take this matter further. Not happy at all!
