Mr G Pillay had a contract with Nashua Mobile for a laptop on acc. No. : 31205454. The contract was expiring at the end of April 2012 so he went to the The Gateway Branch Durban, and was assisted in cancelling the contract. The cancellation was also faxed. A year had passed only to find that deductions continued for this contract. I then got hold of Nashua mobile on many occasions. I spoke to Cornnia on 2013-04-30, Temoho on 2013/05/27, Teboko and Cornnia on 2013/06/04, Marie on 2013/07/03 and Thato on 2013/07/08. I eventually managed to cancel the contract but to date did not receive any calls pertaining to my complaint . i was promised by Thato that i will receive a call from her supervisor to sort out my refund. All i require is a refund from 2012-04-31
