I took my car in for service on the 08.11.2023 and I collected my car at 16:54 and the dealership was closing at 17:00 so when I got home I noticed that my car has big scratche from the front wheel to the back wheel the whole body of the left car, first thing on the 09.11.2023 in the morning I took my car back to the dealership Michelle Cloete the lady that was assisting me checked the pictures on her computer and she found out that when I brought my car it was in a good condition no scratches was on the car, she then reported the matter to her manager and the manager said they must just polish the car cause there's is no proof that I went home after taking the car from them I suggested that they should call my car tracker company so they can get confirmation that after taking the car from them I went straight home. I am very disappointed and upset at the same time cause I had this car for 6 years without this huge scratche it got now, Boksburg must take responsibility for their action this is wrong very wrong.
