Not Able to use Laptop, Paying for non usage

I Signed laptop (0823910507 mobile number on contract) contract with Vodacom on 07/06/2011 from Cape town picbel parkade branch, after 3months of usage i had problems with Camera and mother board etc.being replaced by LetMerepair, after a month there was some of other problems with unit and LetMeRepair and vodacom decided to replace the unit, i got new unit around June 2012 which was fine for few months, and similar problems started again with new laptop over heating and sounds i complained to letmerepair and they collected laptop on 08/11/2013 took 1 week to return the laptop and finally i got my laptop with more problems even though they monitored and repaired for 1 week, again i have to send the laptop back to letmerepair on 26/11/2013 for second time and waiting for the laptop and vodacom still charged for full month, now my question is i spent R19260 on this laptop to use for long but not able use it, i want this laptop to be swapped with another model in HP which can work for me, i can continue with rest of the warranty on my existing contract, there is no guarantee on this laptop to continue working,
