Poorest service ever!!!

I took a contract for laptop and it is a 24 months contract which is supposed to end 2013 September. I got shock of my life when on Saturday 24 August when i was passing by the shop and the sales lady told me that due date for cancellation my contract is the 25th August 12h00.It was news to me because i knew that my contract is ending and i dont have to complete any forms. Worse of them all is that the same laptop got damaged and when i called in they told me to contact HP of which i dnt have contract with, mind you i signed contract with Nashua Mobile. Ok, i called HP and they transferred to another dept where i was told that they are unable to help me because Nashua Mobile need to log a call with them so that they can come and collect my laptop. I called the sales lady and she said that she will enquiry with her seniors and come back to me.im still waiting even now. Im so fed up of this shop i always heard people talking about how bad it is and i experience it now.
