I have been trying to contact your store for the past 3 hours, but the line is not being picked up.
This morning I noticed that Nashua mobile had debited from my account for a R635 ref: Nashua Mbl 63123453
I was sent a bill by Nashua mobile for a laptop contract and a modem, which I do not own and have not taken from them.
I had applied for a contract laptop at the store months ago, after having no joy, enquiring about the delivery several times. I had asked for a cancellation.
A couple of weeks back I received a 2 separate calls stating that my laptop and modem are ready for collection.
I asked for a cancellation again, as I was not going to take a contract with a supplier that takes more than 2 months to deliver. I do not understand why money would be taken from my account where as I do not have any items for a contract belonging to Nashua mobile. I want my money refunded back to my account NOW!
