Debiting Account For no Reason

My wife took out a contract Bayanda Maponga Kgosana, and she was due for an upgrade. She decided to go for a laptop contract with a phone. We used the computer for four days, but realised it was very slow, we then repackaged the laptop in its original packaging, and returned the computer and the phone to Nashua Mobile Clearwater, before the seven day period. the machine and phone where both inspected, by a sales manager and it was verified that the equipment was in perfect order. We then decided instead of the computer we wanted an upgrade on the cell phone to a Samsung S3 Mini. the contracts were drawn up, and we were told we will be contacted to get the phone, and we will not be debited for the laptop contract. That all happened four month ago. To date Nashua mobile has debited R 300, another R1 300, and this morning another R 2 700. We do not have a new cell phone, we call head office and every manager is too busy, or they will get back to us which they never do, and no one is explaining anything. Absolute nonsense.
